  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury

2. Where to Send Notices

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical/electronic signature
  • Identification of the removed material
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
  • Your contact information
  • Consent to jurisdiction in your local federal district court (if outside US)

4. What Happens Next?

  • Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:
  • We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • We will notify the affected user of the removal
  • For valid counter-notices, we may restore the material within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice of legal action

5. Repeat Infringers

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

6. Important Notes

  • We only index publicly available information and do not host any files
  • Providing false information in a DMCA notice may result in legal consequences
